Health Pack x Culture Kitchen Affiliate Program Terms of Use
As an authorized affiliate (“Affiliate”) of Health Pack x Culture Kitchen, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement (“Agreement”). Please read the entire Agreement carefully before registering and promoting Health Pack x Culture Kitchen as an Affiliate.
Your participation in the Program is solely to legally advertise our website and earn commissions on products, services, subscriptions, or other purchases made by individuals referred to Health Pack x Culture Kitchen through your referral links, codes, website, or personal promotions.
By signing up for the Health Pack x Culture Kitchen Affiliate Program (“Program”), you indicate your acceptance of this Agreement and its terms and conditions.
Approval or Rejection of the Application
Health Pack x Culture Kitchen reserves the right to approve or reject any Affiliate Program application at our sole and absolute discretion. You will have no legal recourse against us for the rejection of your Affiliate Program application.
Commissions
Affiliates will earn a 10% commission on qualifying purchases made through their unique affiliate referral link or referral code.
Commission Eligibility
Affiliate commissions are earned on the first qualifying purchase made by a new customer referred by the Affiliate. Subsequent purchases, subscription renewals, or recurring orders made by the same customer may not qualify for additional commissions unless otherwise stated by Health Pack x Culture Kitchen.
Commissions will be paid once per month, approximately 30 days after the end of the month in which the transaction occurred. This period allows time for order verification, refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks.
For an Affiliate to receive a commission, the referred transaction must remain active and valid for a minimum of 31 days.
Affiliates may not refer themselves and will not receive commissions on their own purchases or accounts they control.
Payments will only be issued for transactions that have been successfully completed and verified. Transactions that result in refunds, cancellations, disputes, or chargebacks will not qualify for commissions.
Health Pack x Culture Kitchen reserves the right to reverse or withhold commissions for transactions that are refunded, canceled, disputed, fraudulent, or otherwise determined to be invalid.
Minimum Payout Requirement
Affiliates must reach a minimum balance of $50 in earned commissions before a payout will be issued. Any balance below this threshold will roll over to the following payment period.
Payment Method
Affiliate commissions may be paid via PayPal, bank transfer, store credit, or other payment methods determined by Health Pack x Culture Kitchen.
Commission Rate Changes
Health Pack x Culture Kitchen reserves the right to modify, increase, decrease, or discontinue commission rates at any time, with or without notice.
Fraud Prevention
Health Pack x Culture Kitchen reserves the right to review all affiliate referrals and transactions for potential fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity.
Affiliates may not create multiple accounts, use false identities, or encourage others to place orders for the sole purpose of generating affiliate commissions.
Orders determined to be fraudulent, self-referred, or otherwise abusive of the affiliate program will be voided and commissions will not be paid.
Health Pack x Culture Kitchen reserves the right to withhold or reverse commissions associated with suspicious or invalid transactions and may terminate the affiliate account immediately.
Termination
Your affiliate application and status in the Program may be suspended or terminated for any of the following reasons:

Inappropriate advertisements (false claims, misleading links, etc.)

Spamming (mass email, mass posting, or unsolicited promotions)

Advertising on websites containing or promoting illegal activities

Failure to disclose the affiliate relationship according to Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines

Violation of intellectual property rights

Unauthorized use of Health Pack x Culture Kitchen trademarks or brand materials

Offering rebates, coupons, or kickbacks from your affiliate commission as an incentive without approval

Self-referrals or purchasing through your own affiliate link

Fraudulent or suspicious transactions

Abuse or misuse of affiliate links, referral codes, or discount codes
Health Pack x Culture Kitchen reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account at any time, for any reason, with or without notice.
Upon termination, affiliates must immediately cease using all affiliate links, promotional materials, and brand assets.
Affiliate Links
You may use graphic and text links both on your website and within your email messages. You may also advertise the Health Pack x Culture Kitchen website in online and offline promotions including social media, newsletters, magazines, and other appropriate platforms.
You may use graphics and promotional materials provided by Health Pack x Culture Kitchen, or create your own, provided they are appropriate and not misleading.
All affiliate links must direct users to the official Health Pack x Culture Kitchen website.
Coupon and Deal Sites
Health Pack x Culture Kitchen occasionally provides coupons to select affiliates and newsletter subscribers.
Affiliates may not promote or distribute coupon codes unless they have been specifically assigned or authorized.
Affiliates may not:

Use misleading language implying unauthorized coupons or discounts

Bid on keywords such as “Health Pack x Culture Kitchen coupons” or similar phrases
-
Generate pop-ups, pop-unders, iframes, or similar technologies to force affiliate cookies
-
Set cookies without a user clearly clicking on a promotional link
-
Display coupon offers when no legitimate offer exists
Violations may result in immediate removal from the program.
Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Policy
PPC bidding using Health Pack x Culture Kitchen brand names, trademarks, or variations is not allowed without prior written permission.
Affiliate Content License
By participating in the Affiliate Program, affiliates grant Health Pack x Culture Kitchen a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, repost, distribute, display, and share promotional content created in connection with the program.
This may include social media posts, photos, videos, testimonials, or other promotional materials related to Health Pack x Culture Kitchen.
Liability
Health Pack x Culture Kitchen will not be liable for indirect or accidental damages including loss of revenue or commissions due to:

affiliate tracking failures

technical issues
-
website interruptions
-
database failures
-
actions taken by affiliates that violate these terms
We do not make any expressed or implied warranties regarding the Program or products sold by Health Pack x Culture Kitchen.
We do not guarantee the Program will operate without interruption or error.
Term of the Agreement
This Agreement begins once your affiliate application is approved and will remain in effect until your affiliate account is terminated.
Health Pack x Culture Kitchen reserves the right to modify the terms of this Agreement at any time.
If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only option is to terminate your participation in the Program.
Continued participation in the Program will constitute your acceptance of the updated terms.
Indemnification
Affiliate agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Health Pack x Culture Kitchen and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

Affiliate promotions

violations of this Agreement
-
misleading advertising
-
failure to disclose affiliate relationships
-
negligent or unlawful actions by the Affiliate
Electronic Signatures Effective
This Agreement is an electronic contract that outlines the legally binding terms of your participation in the Health Pack x Culture Kitchen Affiliate Program.
By completing the affiliate application process, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. Your submission constitutes an electronic signature, which has the same legal force as a handwritten signature.
