Orders & Services
Health Pack Meals provides prepared meals, meal subscriptions, catering services, and related food services. All orders are subject to availability and weekly order cutoff times. Changes to orders must be completed before the applicable cutoff to apply to the upcoming order.
Delivery & Pickup
Delivery dates and pickup availability are estimates and may be subject to change due to operational or external factors. Health Pack Meals will make reasonable efforts to fulfill orders on the selected date, but exact delivery times are not guaranteed.
Subscriptions
Subscription orders renew automatically based on the schedule selected at checkout. Customers are responsible for managing, pausing, skipping, or modifying subscriptions before the weekly cutoff to apply changes to upcoming orders.
Payments & Refunds
All payments are processed securely at checkout. Refunds or credits are handled in accordance with our refund policy and may vary depending on the service provided and order status.
