Placing your order is very simple. All you need to do is select “Our Menu” located top right corner in green. You will be prompted to our meals where you can select and customize your meals to meet you needs and preferences.

You will be billed weekly for your meals. At any point during the week leading up to your cutoff day you may log in to our site and adjust your meals for the following week. If you are happy with your meal choices, you don’t have to do anything!
Yes, you can cancel your subscription after at least 2 weeks.

Yes, our system will calculate the delivery fee based on our local delivery range.

Yes, all meals are fully cooked and just require heating.
Yes, as long as you have not yet been charged for the current weeks order you can pause your subscription.

Yes, we do have a refundable cooler deposit fee of $10 on each order. Onces the bag has been returned to us we will credit back the $10 to the card used on that order.

Cooler bags can be returned to us on the following delivery / drop off day which is Sunday. Please be sure to leave the bag out somewhere visible and easy for the driver to located after delivering your new order.

After we have confirmed the cooler bag return. A credit will be issued on next business day. Please allow 2-3 business days for it to reflect on your statement. 

Yes, currently we offer next day air saver services to any orders outside of our local delivery range.

Limited to East Coast States.

We are partnered with UPS and use their Next Day Air Saver to get your meals to you as soon as possible.

Any orders that we have to use shipping services our system will calculate based on your delivery address.   

Any orders that we have to ship via UPS will be processed Mondays (Must be a business day) and you will get your order on Tuesday.

Holidays may change the delivery schedule for orders we ship.
